After 12 wonderful years, I will be handing over the reins of Maitri Yoga studio to Nicolette Dollie of 'Love Yoga' as I follow my dream and relocate to the beautiful village of Rooiels in the Western Cape. Watch this space in 2026 for my new teaching schedule.
